Adam Linderman
Founding Member
Adam is a founding member of Hidden Rhythms, as well as Caribbean Executive Travel, Cuba Educational Travel and HabanaLive. A natural fit for hospitality, Adam has spent his entire career in tourism, holding roles with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kimpton Hotels, and Georgetown University before launching Cuba Educational Travel. Now based in New York, he has nearly two decades of experience crafting meaningful journeys that connect travelers with the people, cultures and rhythms of each destination. Adam and Collin Laverty met during freshman orientation at the College of Charleston, going on to become best friends, business partners and serial entrepreneurs in the experimental travel space, growing a family of travel brands known for immersive, culturally rich experiences over the last twenty years.
Collin Laverty
Founding Member
Collin is a leading expert on U.S.–Cuba relations and U.S. policy toward Latin America. He’s recognized as a top analyst of contemporary Cuba, including the country’s culture, entrepreneurship, and political landscape. Over the past two decades, he has founded and developed several travel companies with a focus on immersive experiences in Cuba, Colombia, and New Orleans. More recently he’s followed his passion for music, expanding his work into talent management, music investment, and cultural philanthropy, supporting artists and creative communities across the Americas. Before stepping back from media appearances amid today’s polarized climate, Collin was a trusted voice featured in The New York Times, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, PBS, and other major outlets.

Michael Laverty has built his career in business development across Africa and Latin America, where he established himself as a supply chain expert and a skilled operator in complex, fast-changing markets. His talent for navigating challenging environments naturally evolved into a passion for creating meaningful experiences, leading him into the travel and events space. Known for designing niche products and building innovative businesses, Michael brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to every project. His work is guided by a belief in the power of connection—and in the unique experiences that emerge when logistics, creativity, and cultural insight come together.
